The promotional rate applies to a standard, like-for-like replacement in a single-family residence with normal working conditions and reasonable access. The existing water shutoff valve must be operational.
Power-vent and direct-vent water heaters, tankless units, heat-pump water heaters, commercial equipment, manufactured or mobile homes, and 50-gallon or larger tanks. Conversions between gas and electric, or between natural gas and propane, are also excluded.
Code corrections, damaged or nonfunctional shutoff valves, venting modifications, gas-line changes, electrical modifications, expansion tanks, mixing valves, drain pans, pumps, relocation, or difficult access. If your home needs something outside the standard replacement, we will tell you the price before we touch anything.
